The Opportunity Adobe provides tools, resources, and solutions for creative work. This is an exciting opportunity to help our Enterprise customers adopt a range of Adobe’s emerging products—including Adobe creative cloud edition 4+, Firefly (FF), Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio—to unleash their creativity and scale the production of creative assets: • Discovering, engaging, and supporting users across these products • Demonstrating the value of Firefly, Adobe Express, Acrobat Studio, and related services through the website, within Creative Cloud (CC) apps, and via APIs in the context of their business • Helping customers to identify repeatable, high-value use cases across multiple products • Supporting the scaling of product usage within their organisation and driving active use • What You'll Do As a Strategic Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting creative, design, IT and developer teams within our enterprise customers to adopt Adobe’s emerging offerings—including Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio—for their creative ideation, production workflows, and automation processes. The position is based in London, UK with engagements both in-person and remote. You’ll partner with DME CSMs to validate the outcomes of first customer discovery sessions, uncover potential use cases, define agendas for customer workshops, customise demos with customer assets, and ensure debriefs/follow ups with customer sponsors to confirm engagement roadmaps. You will also play a key role in rolling out new engagement models and implementing use case roadmaps in partnership with Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Leveraging Adobe’s existing relationships with enterprise customers, you will need to: • Qualify discovery insights collected by CSMs, agree on session agendas, and validate maturity levels and attendee profiles with customer sponsors • Ensure you have the proper context, including details about the customer’s ecosystem, workflows and technology in place • Select relevant use cases, customise demos accordingly, and deliver sessions across all emerging products • Qualify readiness to commit to formal pilots or Proofs of Concept (POCs) • Demonstrate the specific value these solutions bring to current and future creative workflows, measured against pre-agreed KPIs or success factors • Leverage successful use case implementations to expand the footprint of Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio to other departments • Encourage customers to share testimonials based on successful implementations To be effective at doing this, you will need to be able to: • Effectively probe and challenge customers to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for Adobe’s emerging solutions to foster creative efficiency and automate asset creation • Assess the customer’s maturity with generative AI and creative tools, and deliver relevant session modules • Illustrate how Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio can improve creativity and productivity • Set up sample brand assets (e.g. logos, design elements, templates) to help customers quickly experience the benefits of these tools • Identify ways to scale impact across the organisation An important aspect of your role will be to generate actionable insights from your customer engagements to inform Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams about what works and what doesn’t. Your success will depend on close partnership with Customer Success, PSS, Product, and colleagues within the global Strategic Development Design team. What You Need to Succeed • Ideally, practical experience delivering visual communication/design projects for enterprise brands using Adobe’s applications for creative professionals • Strong experience in conducting discovery calls to assess existing workflows and map out which components may be improved or replaced by Adobe’s emerging solutions • A mix of customer success, business development, product evangelism, marketing, and design consulting skills • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to deliver compelling product demonstrations that articulate value (not just features/functions) • Good experience in effective GenAI prompting and knowledge of Adobe’s and competing GenAI solutions • Skilled in Photoshop, plus one of the other key Creative Cloud apps such as Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects • Experience in delivering API projects; ability to engage effectively with IT and developer stakeholders • Ability to open doors, secure meetings, and develop trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
