We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Analytics and Intelligence Leader who will drive data-driven insights across the business by leveraging both external and internal data sources. This individual will act as a key advisor to the leadership team, identifying opportunities and piloting special operating projects to operationalize strategies and deliver proof of concept. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization through comprehensive analysis and innovative project management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic analytics and intelligence initiatives across international markets.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on thorough data analysis and market intelligence.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

  • Pilot and manage special strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, sales, and operations, to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience in strategic consulting, strategic analytics, or business intelligence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic projects and initiatives in a global or international context.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
