About the Role:

We are looking for a talented, passionate and motivated Strategic Alliance Director that has an entrepreneurial mindset to join our fast-growing global channel team. This role is pivotal in executing our established channel strategy to expand our market presence in Pan EMEA through strategic engagements with a diverse range of partners, including MSPs, MSSPs, VARS, ISVs, and other alliance partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Implementation: Drive the development and execution of a robust channel strategy tailored to engage MSPs, MSSPs, VARS, ISVs, and alliance partnerships, aligning closely with company objectives and revenue targets. 

Partner Engagement and Relationship Building: Proactively identify and engage potential partners across various channels, fostering collaborative relationships and driving new business opportunities. 

Sales Enablement and Support: Provide essential resources, training, and support to partners, empowering them to effectively promote and sell our cybersecurity solutions to their respective markets. 

Market Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze market trends and partner performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategy execution and drive revenue growth. 

Collaboration and Coordination: Foster collaboration across departments, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to strategy execution and market penetration. 

Brand Representation and Compliance Oversight: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, positioning Coro as a leader in cybersecurity.


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in building strategic partnerships and implementing channel strategies that drive business growth across a diverse range of partners + Distributors, including MSPs, MSSPs, VARS, ISVs, Telco and other alliance partnerships. 
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market landscape, with expertise in identifying and engaging partners across various channels. 
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to provide guidance and support for the seamless integration of cybersecurity solutions into partner services. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
