The Role:
We are looking for a driven and highly organized Alliance Associate to join our European partnerships team. This role has two core pillars:
1. New Alliance Development — You will research and identify high-potential AI Application Development companies and lead targeted outreach to secure executive-level meetings, with the goal of establishing net-new Alliance agreements that expand our partner ecosystem.
2. Pipeline & Sales Enablement — You will serve as the connective tissue between our existing Alliance partners' sales teams and Apryse's internal sales organization, actively facilitating collaboration to build pipeline and drive bookings.
Beyond these two pillars, you will be responsible for ensuring our alliances operate smoothly and strategically at scale. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative without being asked, and can influence outcomes even with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts to identify, engage (with support from our Alliance Managers), and onboard net-new technology partners aligned with our document management SDK solutions.
- Proactively schedule and facilitate meetings between key contacts at potential and existing partners, and internal Alliances and Direct sales teams to surface and develop pipeline of partnerships and sales opportunities.
- Deliver and support our standard partnership pitch; adapt messaging for different audiences including C-suite and senior executives.
- Manage and organize a high volume of concurrent meetings, touchpoints, and follow-ups across hundreds of partner contacts.
- Maintain a well-organized calendar and contact management system to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Run regular reports and provide analysis on the performance of partnership opportunities and the status of new recruit pipelines.
- Diplomatically oversee and coordinate activities of senior stakeholders and partner contacts, ensuring accountability and forward momentum.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between partners and our organization, representing our brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
- Based in EMEA
- Experience with document management SDK technology or familiarity with developer-focused software ecosystems.
- Proven ability to present confidently in front of partners and senior leadership.
- Strong outbound business development instincts — comfortable cold outreach, follow-up, and breaking into new accounts.
- Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage hundreds of relationships and a busy calendar simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and execute with minimal oversight.
- Diplomatic and professional interpersonal skills — able to hold senior individuals accountable with tact and respect.
- Experience using CRM tools and reporting/analytics to track pipeline and performance metrics.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Document Management SDK technology
- Understanding of Direct sales
- Experience operating in a European business context across multiple countries and cultures.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems in the enterprise software or SaaS space.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience & qualifications.
- A comprehensive extended benefits package.
- A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential.
- Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment.
- On going support for learning development so you can continue to master your craft.
- Work with the hardware you're most comfortable with (Windows or Mac)
- Diverse and inclusive workplace where we all learn from each other.
- Excellent work-life balance with a flexible remote work environment.
