Own strategic client accounts in a quota-carrying role, serving as the primary contact for contracts, invoicing, products, training, renewals, and escalations. Build executive and user relationships, develop account growth plans, manage quarterly business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, forecast growth, monitor attrition risks, and coordinate with sales, marketing, product, service, and implementation teams to drive revenue and customer retention.
Objectives
- This is a quota carrying role
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs to include contract, invoicing, product, training
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and drive revenue generation and growth
- Have a deep understanding of all of the key account attributes, keeping track of any contract updates and renewal dates, open discussions about new products, new business initiatives, their internal staff moves, other technology utilized etc…
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of TT products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Key Responsibilities
- Develop account plans to ensure there is a path and a plan for growth, ensure regular review & execution of those plans
- Establish and maintain deep relationships with the full team from the key executives / decision makers to the team running the business as well as using the product.
- Schedule and manage quarterly business reviews covering current client status, product roadmaps, strategic initiatives of TT as well as further opportunities for partnership with the client.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Cross collaboration with sales, service management, sales specialists, marketing, product and implementation teams
- Annual forecasting of client growth
- Identify risks within the account for any attrition by a regular review of trends within the account
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Handle client requests and address their daily inquiries to include contract & invoicing, product & service, training, additional services and anything else that may come up.
- Serve as an escalation point for issues
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential Skills & Experience
- 10+ years experience within the OMES financial technology industry
- 7+ years experience managing and growing strategic accounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to articulate the value of execution algos to the end user
- Strong abilities in the following business applications: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack
- Bachelor’s Degree.
