Role Overview:
As a Strategic Account Manger -Payor in Quantiphi, you will lead AI-led digital transformation, focusing specifically on the Healthcare Payor sector in the Northeast US. Quantiphi is an AI-first digital engineering company. This role requires a blend of high-level consultative selling, deep domain expertise (Payor), and the ability to manage complex, multi-million dollar relationships with major health plans.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Account Management:
- Act as the primary AM executive interface and "trusted advisor" for two marquee Payor accounts in the Northeast. You will own the long-term P&L, growth strategy, and overall health of these relationships.
- Revenue Generation & Growth: Drive end-to-end business development cycles. This includes identifying new opportunities for AI/ML adoption, managing the RFP process, and negotiating high-value MSAs and SOWs.
- Solution Visionary: Translate complex Payor challenges (e.g., claims adjudication, member engagement, fraud detection, and Value-Based Care) into AI-driven roadmaps. You will bridge the gap between "the art of the possible" and practical, scalable engineering solutions.
- Executive Presence: Build and maintain deep relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across Business, IT, and Clinical departments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Quantiphi’s Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound and delivered with high impact.
- Territory Leadership: Serve as a regional expert in the Northeast US market, staying ahead of local regulatory changes, competitor moves, and Payor industry trends.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise sales, with at least 5 years specifically within the Healthcare Payor space.
- Deep understanding of Payor-specific domains such as Claims Processing, Member Experience, Population Health Management, and Provider Relations.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets and managing large enterprise accounts (Fortune 500).
- Strong foundational knowledge of Cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Data/AI concepts. You don't need to code, but you must be able to hold your own in a room full of architects.
- Based in the Northeast US, Rhode Island, CT, Western PA, MA and willing to travel 30-50% to client sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
Other Qualifications (OQs):
- Prior experience with a top-tier technology or consulting professional services firm.
- Understanding of cloud-native AI/ML solutions, GenAI frameworks, and platforms such as GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and GPT-based models.
- Awareness of Insurance industry regulations, data privacy requirements, and AI governance best practices.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and complex commercial constructs.
- Experience selling or managing Data / Platform / Analytics / AI / ML solutions.
