About ClaimSorted

At ClaimSorted, we’re building a more resilient world - one where people and businesses have the confidence to pursue bigger opportunities. We’re doing this by transforming how insurance delivers on its most important promise: helping people and businesses recover when things go wrong.

The world’s largest insurers and Fortune 500 companies work with us to handle claims and manage risk more efficiently, so they - and the people they protect - can move forward with confidence.

Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico and Eurazeo, we grew 10x in the past year - and we’re just getting started.

The Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our founding GTM team and drive our next wave of growth, win new logos, and expand deals. You’ll own the full sales cycle, working with C-level executives at multibillion-dollar companies to transform how their businesses operate.

Success in this role goes well beyond closing deals. You’ll need to deeply understand each customer’s business, challenge their thinking, and work with them to build tailored solutions that fundamentally change how they work.

  • Create, drive, and close high-stakes deals with the largest insurance companies in the world - the kind of deals where a single signature changes how a multi-billion-dollar insurer handles every claim it processes

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers - learning their needs and demonstrating how our products can solve real problems

  • Own your pipeline end-to-end, from first conversation to signed contract - running sharp, data-driven sales cycles that lead with insight and never lose urgency

  • Help shape our GTM playbook - feed what you learn in the field back into how we grow and sell, so the infrastructure we build scales because it's grounded in what actually works, not theory

  • Get real product influence - work directly with Claims and Product, not into a backlog that disappears, but as a genuine hand in what we build next. At this stage, what you hear from customers changes the roadmap

  • Build long-term customer relationships - support post-sale success in partnership with our deployment and support teams

We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, in-office role in our London HQ. We're a high-intensity team and often put in significant time and effort, because we believe great outcomes come from doing the work well.

Who You Are

We care more about hunger and grit than years on a resumes. You might be a management consultant who's seen insurance's pain points firsthand, or a top-performing full-cycle sales rep ready for something bigger.

  • Full-cycle sales experience — you own everything from first conversation to signed contract, not just closing what someone else built

  • Strong discovery and qualification skills — MEDDICC, BANT, or your own version

  • Comfortable selling into large, complex organizations with multiple decision-makers and a longer, higher-stakes buying process

  • A relationship builder - you need to get customers’ trust quickly and approach sales with empathy and curiosity

  • Based in, or ready to relocate to, New York City

  • Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship

  • High tempo, sharp focus, and resilience — you keep moving when a deal falls through

  • You'd rather build the sales org than join one that's already built

Our Values
  • Move Fast – Act decisively, iterate quickly, optimize for momentum.

  • Always Overdeliver – We exceed expectations in everything we do.

  • Think Customer-First, Always – The customer experience drives every decision.

  • Challenge the Status Quo – We innovate relentlessly and never settle for 'good enough.'

  • Say It How It Is – Transparency and direct communication build trust.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Generous, transparent equity participation

  • Skilled Worker visa sponsorship

  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • 30 days of remote work annually

  • Private medical insurance

  • Pension contributions in line with UK auto-enrolment requirements

  • Company offsites

  • Accelerated promotion track in a high-growth environment
