Snowflake is looking for a Sr Field Marketing Manager to support our growth in the Commercial Segment across EMEA!

As a Sr Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand through field & growth marketing programs to meet or exceed revenue goals for the EMEA Commercial sales teams. You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and help to build customer relationships.

This role is critical in supporting the Commercial sales team’s goals, especially through in-person activations aligned to key early-stage startup audiences. You will collaborate closely with Snowflake’s Commercial sales and Startup Program teams to plan and execute field and growth marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a passion for the startup ecosystem, capable of building programs from the ground up, executing flawlessly, and iterating based on results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the EMEA Commercial Marketing Strategy with in-person activations that increase awareness of Snowflake as a platform for early-stage startups in collaboration with the Snowflake Startup Program team and the Commercial sales organisation.

  • Field Campaign Execution: Build a field marketing plan to support Commercial sales teams, including third-party industry conferences, Snowflake-driven event series, partner events, VC networking sessions, roundtables and executive dinners.

  • Campaign Management: Own and drive logistics and execution of all planned events; help shape event themes, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing.

  • Align with Sales: Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of event communication, marketing campaigns, and event promotion strategy. Educate the sales teams on marketing initiatives, upcoming activities, and post-event follow-ups to maximize impact.

  • Station F Partnership: Own and grow Snowflake’s partnership with Station F, executing initiatives that elevate Snowflake’s presence in the early-stage ecosystem.

  • Startup Partnerships: Help the Startup Program Team build impactful partnerships with VC and PE firms by leading co-marketing initiatives with VCs and PE firms.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategic Events teams on startup-focused sponsorships like Slush and with Snowflake Partners to drive successful marketing campaigns.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Evaluate all regional campaigns’ impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment. Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts.

What You’ll Have:

  • 7+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS.

  • Strong experience planning, promoting, and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and executive programs.

  • Expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, and Wordpress.

  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay detail-oriented, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.

  • A self-starter mindset with a natural curiosity to learn, iterate, and continuously improve programs.

  • Ability to travel as needed to support in-person events

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience marketing to startups or in B2B SaaS

  • Understanding of cloud technology, data platforms, and SaaS business models.

  • Familiarity with engaging early-stage companies through community and field marketing efforts.
