What to Expect:

  • Conduct impact assessments of proposed standard changes on SWIFT products, services, and the wider financial community
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Swift standards, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external customers
  • Participate in industry forums, conferences, and committees to represent Swift's perspective on financial messaging standards
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and presentations related to Swift standards
  • Monitor and analyze the adoption and usage of Swift standards, identifying areas for improvement and future development
  • Ensure adherence to established governance processes for standards development and maintenance

What will make you successful:

We are seeking professionals with:

  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience in Payments, Securities, Foreign Exchange or Trade Finance, with a strong understanding of financial messaging

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team
  • Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies for standards development and lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications:
