Education & Graduation
- Graduation Year: 2012-2018
- Degree: Bachelor's or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
Professional Experience
- Product Management Experience
- Must have direct, hands-on Product Manager (PM) experience
- Candidates who transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management are acceptable
- Startup experience is preferred, especially in roles with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure
Current/Recent Roles
- Product Manager or Startup Founder, ideally with end-to-end product ownership
Domain Expertise
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction in ambiguous environments
- Experience building or scaling products in enterprise software or other complex, technical domains (Fintech experience is not mandatory)
- Proven track record of delivering products in technically challenging spaces
Soft Skills & Leadership
- Ability to engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: well-spoken, confident, and able to represent the company in enterprise client-facing situations
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity for teams and stakeholders
