Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 7+ years
  • Strong working experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM Applications.
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations as a functional consultant.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management
  • Good understanding of SCM end-to-end processes including P2P, S2P, and O2C.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment and client-facing roles.
  • Ability to lead functional discussions and communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

•  Conduct cross-functional workshops with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, brainstorm solutions, and document functional specifications.

•  Act as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion SCM modules, providing best-practice recommendations.

•  Configure and support Oracle Cloud SCM modules including: Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management

•  Ensure effective integration and touchpoints with Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, Costing).

•  Implement and support core SCM business processes such as: Procure to Pay (P2P), Sourcing to Pay (S2P), Order to Cash (O2C)

•  Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions, and extensions.

•  Prepare and execute functional test scripts, support UAT, and resolve defects.

•  Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

•  Identify project risks and issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely resolution.

•  Work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
