Department Summary
The Marketing Transformation Team is a strategic collective of practitioners in strategy & consulting, marketing technology and content strategy. The team is at the forefront of our most strategic and AI enabled solutions collaborating closely with clients to enable the creation and delivery of content experiences at scale.

What does a Sr. Transformation Consultant do at Hogarth?

This role – a strategic position within the Marketing Transformation Team – is accountable for assessments of client’s current marketing operations landscape with a view to develop and implement transformation strategies which align to a strategic vision & north star. You can expect to be collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders across strategy, technology and content experience delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams to provide client-centric solutions, ensuring transformation goals are achieved and content experiences meet the targeted standards set. Leveraging your deep knowledge of craft, insight, and technology, you can expect to be communicating complex strategies effectively to diverse audiences and guide your team members towards successful project execution.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

You will work closely with Client, Hogarth & WPP delivery teams and sponsors.

The Sr. Transformation Consultant sits within the Marketing Transformation Consultancy team in the UK while working with our global offices.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client (Director to C-Suite) relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to gather insight and identify solutions to key business problems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and propose tailored solutions.
  • Oversee transformation programmes in partnership with internal teams & external partners for effective delivery.
  • Ensure clear, consistent change management driven communication with stakeholders.
  • Document and share best practices, case studies and lessons learned to enhance team knowledge.
  • Increase the profile of the Marketing Transformation Team with key stakeholders across the agency landscape.
  • Share your understanding of the industry landscape regarding organisational change. 

Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing role, typically with stakeholders at Director to C-Suite level, preferably within the technology or consulting space.
  • Familiarity with various consultancy tools and frameworks, for everything from requirements gathering to change management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, content strategy, and the ability to drive transformational changes in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide teams towards the goal ensuring the end vision, objectives and key results are achieved.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions.
  • Passion for data backed measurable insights determining the success criteria of projects & transformation programmes.
  • In-depth knowledge of craft, insight, and technology as it relates to creative content production.
  • Ability to work independently and driven to hold yourself and teams accountable.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams in a transformation programme simultaneously.
