eBay’s Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) team builds a free, smart, safe, and fun selling experience. It will be delivered through a world-class value proposition. We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Biz Ops Manager for C2C. This role leads a high-performing initiative and supports the strategy and execution of the next-generation selling experience.

Reporting to the Sr Director Global C2C, this key initiative role will manage governance and organization for global consumer-to-consumer selling at eBay. It will ensure clear cadences, high-quality executive reporting, flawless communications, and disciplined quarterly and annual planning across global and local teams.

What you will accomplish...

  • Lead high-priority, end-to-end central initiatives for Global C2C, from problem definition through to clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Establish C2C Initiative governance build - planning and decision forums to improve transparency, accountability, and execution speed.
  • Drive operational / strategic cadences, including content preparation for Weekly Business Review, Monthly Business Review, MOSH, Board of Director updates, and Earnings Call.
  • Develop structured analyses, financial models, and commercial insights to support leadership decision-making and strategic direction.
  • Enable alignment across global collaborators, serving as a central point of coordination to support the consistent delivery of initiatives.
  • Drive key internal communications for the initiative - ensuring clarity and consistency in message.
  • Build strong working relationships across Product, Global Markets, analytics, and other partners to drive effective execution and shared outcomes.
  • Optimize planning processes: refine annual/quarterly mechanics, improve intake and prioritization templates, and strengthen governance cadence.
  • Plan and coordinate key events for C2C, including orchestrating the C2C Quarterly All Hands, planning offsites, and ad hoc leadership events.

What you will bring...

  • 7+ years of experience in program leadership within consumer technology or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience running business operations cadences and executive-ready communications.
  • Strong program management skills across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical proficiency with benchmark frameworks, dashboards, and insight-to-action workflows.
  • Excellent collaborator management across Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Regional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in global/local models with crisp, concise executive communication.
