This position focuses on supporting our current systems, sales tools, applications, and building out our reporting capabilities touching all departments in the organization to drive system optimization and ensure the data helps drive decision-making, bottom-line margin, and alignment to strategic results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure quality report implementations by developing, documenting, utilizing, and enforcing the use of reporting procedures that meet objectives and business goals.
- Ensure all processes are designed to protect the integrity and the accuracy of the data.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through rigorous validation and testing processes.
- Manage reporting activities and representation during business meetings to understand and ensure needed information is delivered which meets strategic business goals.
- Compile, analyze, and report sales data.
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with key functions to understand initiatives to drive business performance, determine key requirements and information needs, and champion development and implementation plans for reporting.
- Providing actionable insights through reporting to guide the sales team.
- Direct system support services (technical support, problem resolution, training, access requests, services, and maintenance of critical business systems)
- Identify and improve reporting needs and opportunities to enhance reporting on current sales trends, forecasting,
- Ensure reports are developed using the most appropriate method and tools available.
- Distribute assigned reports and analysis on time and to specifications.
- System and application ownership and maintenance for SFDC, SharePoint, Anaplan, CDM, Power Automate, and other systems and tools as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong technology skills, including experience with system implementation and application support with outstanding project management, execution, and business acumen.

- Comfortable escalating, presenting, and addressing any feedback from the teams to executives.
- Experience working with large datasets and databases.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in reporting and analytics
- Advanced to expert level creating reports using the following: Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
