Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the growth of FormFactor system bookings and support the achievement of regional revenue objectives within the EMEA territory.
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within strategic and key accounts.
  • Support business growth at strategic customers including GlobalFoundries, xfab, research organizations like IMEC, FHG and fabless through effective account management and opportunity development.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers and distributors, managing distributor relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, responsiveness and channel effectiveness.
  • Coordinate customer-related activities across Business Units and internal functions to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
  • Lead and develop assigned employees while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused and results-oriented team environment.
  • Execute the regional sales strategy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives supporting future business growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity pipelines and customer information through Salesforce.com and established business processes.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, sales reporting, customer service coordination and trade show activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive developments and customer requirements and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure distributors and channel partners receive appropriate commercial and technical support through regular engagement, training and communication.
  • Support the implementation of sales excellence programs, customer engagement initiatives and process improvements.
  • Drive execution with a hands-on approach, demonstrating initiative and ownership within the assigned scope of responsibility.

Required qualifications

  • Hands-on sales and account management experience in a B2B technology environment, ideally within semiconductor, electronics, test and measurement or capital equipment markets.
  • Strong operational discipline in managing customer follow-ups, opportunity tracking, quotations, sales actions, meeting preparation and timely internal communication.
  • Experience maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, supporting forecast updates and preparing input for sales reviews and business reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate daily execution with customers, distributors, Business Units, Service, Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order and project progress.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft productivity tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, for customer communication, action tracking, reporting, forecasting support and presentation preparation.
  • Optional: Practical experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms for opportunity updates, activity tracking, pipeline management and reporting.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience | Required
