This pivotal role will be a strategic partner to our EMEA Sales Teams responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives performance, accelerates growth, and aligns with global objectives. This is a unique opportunity for a player-coach to build trust, bridge cultural and operational gaps, and serve as the face of global enablement in Europe while focusing on enablement for both individual contributors and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Partnership:

  • Serve as the primary enablement liaison and trusted advisor to all levels of sales leaders in the EMEA region.

  • Develop a deep understanding of regional sales priorities and business objectives to design a tailored enablement strategy that drives performance and aligns with global initiatives.

  • Act as the primary feedback loop to the global enablement team, ensuring EMEA-specific needs are represented in all core programs, content, and tools in equal and appropriate measure with the rest of the globe.

Relationship Building & Influence:

  • Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with all levels of the sales organization, from frontline sellers to senior leadership, across all of Europe.

  • Proactively engage with European leaders to gain buy-in for global enablement programs and champion a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Skillfully navigate roadblocks using data, empathy, and strategic insights to gain consensus and drive adoption.

Program Execution & Delivery:

  • Lead the localization and delivery of all global enablement programs, including new hire onboarding, product launches, sales methodology reinforcement, and ongoing skill development through our enablement center of excellence.

  • Personally deliver high-impact workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to build capability and reinforce key messages for sales reps and managers.

  • Own the story. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the SailPoint's value proposition, positioning, and key narratives, and then empower the sales teams to confidently articulate them.

Analysis & Impact Measurement:

  • Work with the global Enablement Data & Insights Team to establish and track key metrics that measure the impact of enablement programs on regional performance.

  • Regularly communicate the value and ROI of enablement efforts to the EMEA leadership team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Deep Sales Enablement Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful programs.

  • Strategic Acumen: The ability to think strategically and translate business goals into a clear, actionable enablement strategy.

  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. The ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple and compelling manner.

  • Seller-Focused Storytelling: Exceptional ability to simplify complex platform messaging into inspirational, illustrative narratives that empower sellers to address immediate customer needs while strategically positioning solutions for future deal and organizational expansion.

  • Relationship-Centric: A natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority.

  • Resilience: The ability to challenge the status quo and navigate complex, sometimes difficult, dynamics with grace and professionalism.
