Our Recruiting & People Operations team is the backbone of our talent experience journey, ensuring smooth processes from candidate interviews to employee onboarding and beyond. We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior Recruiting Coordinator to manage key aspects of recruiting logistics and operations alongside people operations responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:
- Schedule global phone, video, and onsite interviews, balancing complex calendars and multiple time zones, including coordinating any travel details and office tours for in-person interviews.
- Manage pre-boarding steps and execute welcome programs.
- Oversee benefit enrollments, changes, and employee communications, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.
- Be a go-to resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and day-to-day questions while addressing concerns thoughtfully.
Send offer letters, manage job postings, and report on hiring funnel analytics.
- Spot opportunities to enhance candidate, employee, and recruiter experiences.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects that drive operational efficiency and scale for our growing team.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a scheduling-heavy role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a knack for prioritizing in a dynamic workplace.
- Experience managing multiple calendars and logistics (Google Suite preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills: You’re approachable, resourceful, and bring a positive, customer-focused mindset to every interaction.
- Integrity in handling sensitive information and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Bonus: Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP Celergo) or Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse).

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected base salary range for this role in the following location is:
London - £42,000 - £50,000
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
