About us

Since 2015, ablefy has been on a mission to turn expertise and passion into thriving businesses. Today, more than 100,000 entrepreneurs and companies use our platform to sell and grow, and together they’ve generated over €2 billion in revenue through ablefy.

We bring selling, payments, subscriptions and all the operations behind them into one place. That gives coaches, consultants, creators and growing companies the infrastructure to build and scale digital businesses across borders, without the usual complexity. We handle the hard parts so our customers can focus on what they do best.

Our principle is simple: when our customers grow, we grow. It shapes every product decision we make and how we measure our success. We’re already a leading platform in the DACH region, and we’re building what comes next.

Our mission; to build software that empowers everyone to start, run and grow a successful digital business - borderless, is supported by our high performance principles that are crucial to our success:

  • Radical Collaboration
  • Constructive confrontation
  • Adaptive execution
  • Collective ambition
  • Evolving expertise
  • Empathetic leadership

About the role

You sit in the room when we decide what to build, not just when it is time to announce it. As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of Product, reporting to our Head of Product, and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

Our platform can do more for customers than many of them realise. Your job is to change that. Get deeply involved in how our customers sell, earn and grow. Make the value of ablefy easy to understand, compelling to choose and simple to put to work—from a customer's first encounter with us to their next stage of growth.

What you'll own

  • Understand our customers and shape our product. Get close to the people building businesses on ablefy. Understand their ambitions, revenue models, frustrations and buying decisions. Bring customer, market and competitive insights into product discovery, positioning and prioritisation.
  • Make our value unmistakable. Own product positioning, messaging and storytelling across the platform. Translate complex capabilities into clear reasons to choose and use ablefy, and bring those stories to life through compelling content, product demonstrations, educational experiences and creative assets. Move quickly from idea to execution, testing and improving what works.
  • Take products to market. Lead go-to-market strategy for launches and improvements: audience, value proposition, launch priorities, readiness and enablement. Work with Marketing and customer-facing teams on distribution and execution.
  • Turn awareness into growth. Shape product education, onboarding and lifecycle messaging that helps prospective customers convert, new customers reach first revenue faster, and existing customers discover capabilities that advance their businesses.
  • Connect insights to decisions. Use product, customer and commercial data to spot friction and opportunities. Equip Sales and Customer Success with persuasive stories and practical materials; contribute to packaging and pricing discussions.

What you bring

  • Customer obsession. You are genuinely excited by entrepreneurs, commerce and the products that help businesses succeed. You are curious enough to learn the customer’s business, not just the feature list.
  • Strong product marketing craft. 5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, fintech, commerce or platform businesses, with demonstrated ownership of positioning and go-to-market work.
  • Excellent storytelling. You can explain complicated products simply, write persuasive customer-facing copy, and adapt your message to different audiences and countries.
  • Commercial and analytical judgment. You connect messaging and product experience to acquisition, activation, adoption and expansion. You are confident working with customer research and product data.
  • Cross-functional leadership. You influence Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success without relying on reporting lines.
  • Languages and perspective. Excellent written and spoken German and English; an international mindset and sensitivity to different markets.
  • A builder's mindset. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. AI and creative tools are a natural part of how you research, write, design, prototype and produce high-quality work quickly. You turn ideas into tangible results without unnecessary dependencies.

Even better if

You have worked with subscription or transaction-based revenue models, self-serve products, digital commerce, online education or international product launches.

Join us

You will have the opportunity to shape how a platform used by more than 100,000 businesses is understood, chosen and used. Your work will be visible in the product, in the market and in the businesses our customers build.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off - 30 vacation days.
  • A competitive salary.
  • A personal Training & Development budget of € 1,500 per year.
  • Responsibility and trust from day 1.
  • Individual coaching and further training to support you in your development.
  • A free BVG ticket.
  • Employee discounts at numerous companies (e.g. at the gym or in online stores).
  • Pension program with company match up to 30% of employee contributions.
  • A Culture of equity and Inclusion where you are appreciated for the person you are.

Diversity & Inclusion

At ablefy, we embrace our differences, as they are our greatest strength. We recognize that everyone has a unique perspective based on their experiences, identities, and thought processes, and we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. Discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, or any other aspect that makes you unique is not tolerated at ablefy. We aim to make growth accessible to everyone!

We know that no candidate checks every single box, and that’s okay! If you’re excited about this role and think you can bring something valuable to our team, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet every requirement. We’d love to hear from you!

AI at ablefy

As an AI-first company, we put intelligent technology at the heart of everything we do. AI is part of how we build, learn, and grow together. It helps us work smarter, move faster, and focus on creating real impact. We believe the strongest results come from combining thoughtful technology with curious, driven people — and we’re excited to shape what’s next, together.
