About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new, user-focused platform that empowers individuals to manage and engage with their personal data. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building innovative digital experiences that combine survey tools, AI-driven features, and deep user insight.

You will take ownership of key product areas, focusing on solving real user problems while driving adoption, engagement, and long-term value. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance immediate needs with a long-term vision, and who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Customer Focus

  • Understand user motivations, behaviors, and workflows related to personal data management.

  • Engage with users regularly to validate assumptions and uncover unmet needs.

  • Stay informed on trends in user engagement, data ownership, and AI-enhanced experiences.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Define and track key metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention).

  • Use both quantitative and qualitative data to guide product development.

  • Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.

  • Make sound decisions even in data-scarce environments.

Go-to-Market & Product Marketing

  • Develop onboarding and engagement strategies to drive user success.

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to communicate product value.

  • Identify and address adoption barriers through thoughtful rollout plans.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and iteration.

  • Write clear, actionable product requirements and prioritize effectively.

  • Work within agile frameworks to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

  • Build intuitive, accessible user experiences that integrate with existing systems.

Strategy & Commercial Acumen

  • Align product vision with broader business goals and user value.

  • Analyze market trends and existing solutions to inform product direction.

  • Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic growth.

  • Prioritize features that drive measurable impact and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in product management or related roles.

  • Preferred candidate from Academic industry. Knowledge of APAC region

  • Proven success in leading product development and driving user engagement.

  • Experience with survey platforms, user engagement tools, or AI-powered features.

  • Strong analytical skills (e.g., Excel, SQL, dashboards).

  • Comfortable working with engineering and data science teams.
