Lead the platform enabling product delivery, configuration, and consumption at scale. Define platform requirements across Automotive, Maps, Services, and Enterprise; translate needs into PRDs, epics, and user stories; shape authentication, entitlements, billing, and usage tracking; drive scalable solutions for millions of requests; align stakeholders and partner with engineering, architecture, and program teams to prioritize roadmaps and deliver platform capabilities.
What's the role?
You will shape the platform that enables how HERE products are delivered, configured, and consumed at scale. This is not about building maps. It is about building the platform behind them.
In this role you operate at the intersection of platform and product, acting as the bridge between Automotive, Maps and Services, and Enterprise teams. You define how capabilities such as authentication, entitlements, billing, and usage scale across millions of requests and vehicles.
You will work on systems that decide what a customer can access, what they need to purchase, and how products are configured. From enabling an automotive customer to activate navigation features, to ensuring platform scalability for millions of vehicles, your work directly impacts how HERE products are used in the real world.
Who are you?
You are a senior product manager who thrives in complex environments with many stakeholders. You bring clarity where others see ambiguity and know how to move things forward without creating unnecessary friction.
You enjoy connecting teams, building relationships, and influencing outcomes. You understand both the product and technical side, and you know how to balance long term platform vision with immediate delivery needs.
