Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Sr. Mobile Product Manager to work with our mobile product management team on all platform apps as part of our growth initiative. We're looking for someone that lives and breathes consumer experiences across all mobile platforms, also who loves using data to identify trends, improve and optimize product features and utilization. Our environment fosters a high degree of collaboration, working with all roles of the product team (Delivery Manager, Software Engineer, UX, QA, etc.).  Strong understanding of Product Management discipline and practices including product led growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with our mobile product management team to develop and drive forward the mobile product vision to align with the company vision and help inform product and design team roadmaps and goal setting.
  • Identify new product opportunities for existing customers and markets through customer engagement, industry research, ideation sessions. Take product concepts and perform discovery with actual customers and users, synthesize user research, customer feedback, and competitive evaluation. 
  • While being the ‘Product Evangelist’ continuous critical thinking and input from customers and stakeholders to broaden adoption, increase revenue, make the product irreplaceable for our customers.
  • Advocate for both the user, and the paying customer, understanding that they are often distinct and have separate needs and perspectives. Influence strategic direction through combination of subject matter expertise and data.
  • Daily leadership for your product team using established agile practices and associated software tools. Remove blockers, provide details for engineers, continually communicate priorities and the product roadmap to keep the team engaged and motivated. 
  • Prioritize features based on effort, impact to stakeholders, impact to the business. Manage multiple stakeholders’ expectations including the ability to say no or deliver bad news.
  • Communicate roadmap and strategy effectively to diverse audience including peers, management, internal and external business partners. Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with corporate strategy and department OKR’s.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a Product Management in a senior role in a fast-paced agile organization.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, including iOS and Android platforms, app stores, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products from zero to one.
  • Proven track record of implementing and scaling PLG strategies that increase product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms such as Pendo, Heap and Looker; product management platforms such as ProductBoard, Mural and others or equivalent.
  • Experience with software product development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (e.g., Scrum).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
