About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager to join our team in London, embodying customer-focused product development principles. This role will be pivotal in integrating and addressing the specific needs of the broader European markets within our global strategy. The ideal candidate will focus on deeply understanding customer problems and creating impactful solutions that enhance the consumer experience and grow the European e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

• Embrace the role of the product manager as the “voice of the customer,” developing product strategies deeply rooted in customer needs while aligning with European business objectives.

• Innovate and iterate on product ideas through continuous customer feedback and validation, ensuring product-market fit and adherence to the vision outlined by the product discovery process and financial objectives.

• Lead market-specific research and apply insights to develop features that cater uniquely to European consumers, enhancing localized consumer experiences.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in the US and India, incorporating diverse perspectives into the product development lifecycle from initial ideation to market launch.

• Manage the full spectrum of the product development process, using prototypes and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to test assumptions and refine product directions based on real user engagement.

• Evaluate and prioritize product initiatives based on rigorous analysis of consumer data, market conditions, and strategic importance, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact projects.

• Serve as a bridge between global strategy and local execution, ensuring products meet local regulations and cultural expectations without compromising on broader company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English and German is essential.

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in e-commerce or technology-focused industries.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation across geographical and cultural boundaries.

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making, with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious KPIs.

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with experience in influencing teams and stakeholders without direct authority.

• A profound understanding of the European market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks.

• Willingness to travel as needed to better understand market conditions and customer needs.

What We Offer:

• A pivotal role at the intersection of innovative e-commerce solutions tailored to unique market needs, inspired by leading product development practices.

• The opportunity to work with a globally diverse and expert team, driving forward our mission to revolutionize the e-commerce experience.

• A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

• A flexible and dynamic hybrid work environment, encouraging balance and collaboration.
