We are looking for a CNC machining expert. The level depends on your experience. If you take ownership, lead with technical depth, and care about doing the work right — this role is worth a look. You will be one of our most experienced technical voices in CNC machining. That means working on our hardest problems, building the processes and standards others will rely on, and helping teammates grow.
What You'll DoTechnical Leadership. You will own our most technically demanding CNC manufacturing engineering process projects — multi-axis programming, tooling, fixturing, and everything in between. Helping set the long-term direction for our machining capabilities and contribute to how the broader industry thinks about these problems.
Build the standards. You will develop the guidelines, workflows, and documentation frameworks that keep our work consistent and scalable — including how we structure setup documentation in ProShop ERP so that process knowledge is captured, accessible, and transferable.
Champion process integrity. You will partner with our quality engineers to drive real, measurable quality improvements through better measurement strategies, in-process checks, and process controls across programming and production. You will also play a key role in defining the safety standards and process guidelines that protect process consistency across our operations.
Work with customers and stakeholders. You will help translate customer requirements into sound manufacturing decisions, communicating clearly about trade-offs and outcomes with customers, partners, and internal leaders.
Mentorship. You will mentor engineers, machinists, and operators — not just showing them what to do, but helping them understand why, so they can solve problems on their own.
Innovate. You will find better ways to machine parts and build processes that expand what our team can do. This means work that shapes industry practice, not just internal practice.

Senior Engineer: 14+ years (H.S. Diploma) | 12+ years (A.A.) | 7+ years (Bachelor's) | 5+ years (Master's) | Ph.D.
Principal Engineer: 16+ years (H.S. Diploma) | 14+ years (A.A.) | 9+ years (Bachelor's) | 7+ years (Master's) | 2+ years (Ph.D.)
You have hands-on experience taking parts from prototype to full production — and you know how to document and hand off processes so operators can run them reliably.
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus for the Senior role and strongly preferred for the Principal role.
You have a strong working knowledge of GD&T, metrology, and dimensional quality management.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100, ISO 13485, or equivalent) is required.
You are highly proficient in operating and programming multi-axis CNC machines.
Experience with Hypermill, ESPRIT, and/or Fusion 360 is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Haas, Okuma, and/or Heidenhain CNC controllers
You do precise, high-quality work and follow through on your commitments — even when the stakes are high and the work is hard.
You communicate clearly, work well with people at all levels, and consistently look for ways to do things better.
You stay current on new technologies and tools and bring what you learn back to the team in practical ways.
