We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr Mgr of Talent Management to help lead our global efforts in developing an engaged, high performing workforce to drive organizational growth and success. This is a high-impact role within our rapidly growing company, focused on career development, internal mobility, promotions, performance management, and enhancing people manager capability. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in building, scaling, and aligning talent management processes with the strategic goals of a global business.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to understand current state and future needs, create innovative talent processes that add value without adding complexity, and deliver transformational development initiatives across the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong program management capabilities, and a passion for building talent solutions from the ground up.

This role can be based in the UK or in Madrid (Spain).

What you’ll be spending your time on:

· Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business objectives and drive workforce engagement and performance.

· Partner with senior leaders to assess talent needs and create innovative, scalable talent solutions that add value without adding complexity.

· Develop and execute programs to strengthen people manager capability, ensuring leaders are equipped to support, coach, and develop their teams effectively.

· Leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of talent programs and make data-driven improvements.

· Drive change management efforts related to talent initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into the organization.

· Travel: Occasional global travel required

Have you done this kind of stuff?

· 8+ years of proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or senior HR roles within a global company.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent programs with broader business objectives.

· Strong program management and execution skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.

· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across senior leadership teams.

· Data-driven approach to talent management, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and measure impact.

· Passion for building and scaling talent solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

· Expertise in career development and knowledge of current best practices in career development, high potential identification and development, and internal mobility.
