About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Product Management to own the execution and delivery of the Salesforce product roadmap by collaborating across the business on the product roadmap. This role will work across marketing, sales, and service, driving unification to target state of platforms, while also driving new capabilities for both the employee and customer experience. As a leader in the product team, you’ll role model strategic thinking, customer obsession and a learning mindset, creating an environment where your cross-functional team can do the best work of their lives. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead, inspire and empower a team of talented CRM and Salesforce product managers to define innovative experiences that delight our customers and win in the market 
  • Own the product vision for Salesforce strategy: Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision. Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, customer care, and technology teams to effectively implement process improvements and maximize the utilization of the CRM platform capabilities to increase productivity, deliver cost savings and reduce the speed of service delivery.
  • Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.
  • Leverage strong business acumen and partnership across WEX to define how we go to market and serve our customers, including business model innovation, pricing, first use, cross-sell and support.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently: Coordinate product release communications for your components. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work closely with product marketing managers to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.

Experience you’ll bring: 

  • 8+ years of Product Manager experience in environments that embrace customer driven innovation, rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions and results-orientation
  • Experience in Salesforce marketing, sales, and service cloud products and technologies
  • Experienced in proven methodologies to develop great products, including customer driven innovation, rapid experimentation, prototyping, product analytics and using OKRs to measure outcomes 
  • Proven track record of setting product strategy for a large portfolio and translating it into a product roadmap with excellent end to end execution
  • Demonstrated success in creating a vision to inspire, prioritizing key deliverables, defining and building roadmaps, and managing internal and external commitments
  • Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand how data, technology and common capabilities can enable your strategy and vision 
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to partner well cross-functionally, especially with engineering and marketing and risk 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Experience building global ready or international offerings a plus 
  • Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus 

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
