We're looking for a driven and analytical Partner Sales Operations Manager to support and elevate our partner strategy across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with solid experience in sales operations who is ready to take on a more strategic, visible role across the business.

🚀 What You'll Do

As a key member of the EMEA Sales Operations team, you’ll partner closely with the VP of EMEA Partner Sales, acting as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on operations leader.

  • Drive Partner Sales Excellence:
    • Build scalable processes across forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, account planning, and deal reviews
    • Design KPIs and dashboards to measure partner performance and provide actionable insights
    • Enable sales and partner teams with data to target the right opportunities and drive growth
  • Be a Regional Business Partner:
    • Represent EMEA in global business planning, sales comp strategy, and coverage modelling
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product
    • Help evolve and optimise our go-to-market model and partner ecosystem
  • Enable Operational Rhythm:
    • Support the execution of QBRs, weekly operations meetings, and strategic planning sessions
    • Help drive resolution of compensation and account ownership queries
    • Track key metrics to ensure we're delivering on growth targets and partner transformation initiatives

✔️ What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years in sales operations who’s ready to step into a broader strategic role:

  • Proven background in sales operations within a SaaS or cloud-based organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards, insights, and performance metrics
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing decision-making
  • Comfortable driving alignment across complex, matrixed teams
  • Growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and the drive to solve problems proactively
  • MBA or equivalent preferred; strong quantitative skills a plus
