• Identify, prioritize and help in meeting ongoing business requirements in Continental Europe. This includes gathering & analyzing business needs, developing plans and implementing actions to support desired outcomes. The right candidate will be an agent for change in the organization and willing to challenge the way in which we do things.
• Support and/or lead the delivery of IT projects in CE, partnering closely with business and IT (local and global) stakeholders to ensure successful roll out of IT projects/products.
• Ensuring stable and robust IT solutions are implemented and are used to their full potential by our end users. Processes to measure performance of the tool, adoption levels and the value KPIs need to be determined and become routine.
• Collaborating closely with Global IT functional leads to ensure the IT products/projects for Continental Europe are in line with global tools and frameworks.
• Own projects/products up to the value of $10M and 1MM$ ZBB

Main Ingredients

• Delivery of IT projects in Western Europe, partnering closely with business and IT (local and global) stakeholders to ensure successful roll out of IT projects/products.
• Responsible for working with IT partners and business stakeholders to successfully scope IT Programs or any other IT initiative between different Business Functional areas and geographies, to establish the proper resource assignment and work allocation and to ensure to achieve intended business objectives.
• Generate capital appropriation requests where required and establish service contracts to execute capital projects in line with agreed to systems investment roadmap.
• Design and signoff on contracts, as well as participate in RFP processes
• Lead large and diverse multifunctional teams directly and indirectly involved in the IT Program
• Handle risks and opps of the IT program
• Own the documentation of the required updates to provide to the leadership teams
• Lead/oversee project budgets (Opex/Capex)

• I have a B.S. or BSBA in Computer Science or Information Systems or similar.
• I have 5+ years of technology project management and/or business analysis/BRM experience in a business facing role.
• I posses excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to network and influence senior leaders across the organization through understanding and simplifying complicated concepts.
• I am experienced with working in a complex multi country/ language/ time zone environment.
• I am able to work both in a management capacity, and in a detailed, hands-on system capacity.
• I can manage third party partners.
• I build excellent relationships with key internal and external customers.
• I have conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in application delivery and managing the implementation of packaged application and / or custom development applications.
• I understand IT Financials and budget planning (opex and capex)
• I have worked in the FMCG and/or CPG industry (preferred)
• I posses Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Product Owner - Agile certification (preferred)
