Position Overview:

As the Senior Manager of Media Strategy for EMEA, you'll be the architect of impactful media campaigns that resonate deeply with our customers and drive significant business growth. This isn't just about placements and budgets; it's about crafting & distributing compelling narratives that capture hearts and minds across diverse media landscapes. 

You'll be at the forefront of innovative media solutions, fearlessly exploring new channels and technologies to reach our audiences in meaningful ways. Your strategic brilliance will translate into measurable impact, optimizing every dollar to fuel our brand's success. 

This role will report into the Central Media and Measurement function but have a dotted line reporting into the EMEA Marketing leadership team, joining all team meetings and travelling between regions as needed. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Visionary Leadership: Define and champion the overarching media strategy for the European region, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and business objectives. 

  • Channel Mastery: Lead the development and oversee the execution of integrated media plans across a dynamic mix of online and offline channels. 

  • Data-Driven Impact: Leverage deep insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and demonstrate tangible results. 

  • Collaborative Powerhouse: Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Media Activation, Consumer, Central Marketing, Ecommerce and Regions) and external agencies to bring bold ideas to life. 

  • Innovation Catalyst: Stay ahead of the curve, constantly exploring emerging media trends and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront. 

  • Relationship Driver: Lead and support vendor relationships within a matrix organization, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with strategic goals. 

Let’s Talk About You: 

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies 

  • Deep understanding of the European market (specifically Paris, London) and willingness to travel across Europe & North America biannually 

  • Experience engaging cross functional teams to think differently 

  • Luxury retail experience is an asset 

  • Proficiency in marketing technology and web analytics tools  

  • Experience with MMM, MTA, LTV models, A/B testing & conversion rate optimization 

  • Ability to analyze market trends & consumer behavior to inform marketing 

  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning for marketing initiatives 

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities 

  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to create engaging digital content
