What's the role?

The team

This team is shaping a driver‑facing digital product ecosystem, delivering navigation, routing, and location‑based services at global scale. The platform is designed to support multiple distribution, partnership, and commercial pathways over time, including direct‑to‑consumer, embedded, and ecosystem‑led models.

Partnerships play a critical role in extending reach, accelerating adoption, and enabling scalable revenue and distribution through strategic external relationships.

The role

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Ecosystem & Commercial Partnerships to define, build, and own external commercial partnerships that support the long‑term growth and scalability of the platform.

In this role, you will be accountable for identifying, structuring, and managing partnerships that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic leverage. You will operate as the primary commercial interface to external partners and as a key counterpart to Product, Finance, and Commercial leadership internally.

This role combines strategic judgment with hands‑on execution and requires the ability to navigate complex, cross‑functional environments involving product integration, commercial negotiation, and long‑term relationship management.

What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities that support platform growth, distribution, and commercial objectives.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial partnership models, including revenue‑share, licensing, bundled offerings, and long‑term collaboration frameworks.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners, acting as the single point of commercial ownership.
  • Support early OEM and ecosystem relationship development, including commercial exploration, joint value propositions, and alignment on long‑term scale opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align partnership opportunities with platform capabilities and integration roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Finance to define partnership economics, business cases, and long‑term financial impact.
  • Work with Legal and Licensing teams to ensure partnerships are compliant, scalable, and operationally sound.
  • Own commercial readiness for partnership launches, including deal assumptions, risk assessment, and internal alignment.
  • Track partnership performance and evolution over time, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Represent partnership strategy, performance, and risks to senior leadership.
Who are you?
You are a strategic partnership leader who thrives at the intersection of commercial strategy, product collaboration, and ecosystem development. You combine strong judgement with hands‑on execution, using your experience in building scalable, high‑impact partnerships to accelerate growth and unlock long‑term value.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, commercial strategy, or ecosystem roles, ideally in digital, platform, or technology‑driven businesses.
  • Experience in Automotive and/or Transport & Logistics is highly appreciated
  • Proven experience structuring and owning commercial partnerships, not just sourcing leads.
  • Strong understanding of partnership economics, revenue‑share models, and long‑term value creation.
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering in complex, cross‑functional environments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new partnership models from first principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including senior‑level engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

What success looks like

  • Scalable, repeatable partnership models that support growth and revenue objectives
  • Clear ownership and accountability for external commercial agreements
  • Strong, trusted relationships with strategic partners
  • Partnerships that integrate cleanly with product strategy and platform economics
