What you will do in the Sr Manager, Commercial Strategy & Transformation role:

Lead Sales and Post Sales strategic business planning and transformation programs activities:

o Strategic Growth Plan Value and Objective

o Customer/Account Segmentation Model Optimization

o Operating and Deployment model

o Performance & Outcomes monitoring (productivity, efficiency, results vs. expected outcomes)

Work with the Commercial leadership team on defining, developing, and establishing adoption strategic vision, transformation objectives, business case, execution plan and operating framework.

Prepare strategic business vision and transformation presentation for the Board, CLT, Senior Staff, regional, and functional teams

Advices and councils Commercial leaders/stakeholders on business issues with facts and analysis

Support Commercial stakeholders with the development of complex solution for business strategy problems though detailed analysis

Manages transformation programs and key initiatives

Manage and coordinate the Risk Management framework.

Ideal candidate will be a hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, can anticipate business needs, and can generate creative solutions while balancing constraints.

What we are looking for:

· 10+ years’ work experience in multi-national, matrixed, Technology organizations

· Inclusive minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Customer Success and/or Value add Services Strategy Planning & Operations function in Technology: SaaS or Cloud Service Provider; Partner Channels and/or IT Services organizations

· Knowledge of industry and business principles related to Sales and Post Sales process and key performance indicators

· Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate into actionable deliverables, clear written summaries, and global executive communications

-> 2 redacted work samples required for submission, for candidates who pass the first interview with the hiring manager

· Independent problem-solving skills and business analysis / case development experience

· Demonstrated ability to frame, validate, and implement sales strategy and planning procedures

· Cross-functional collaboration skills to influence and interact with Success Operations, BU’s, functional teams, etc.

· Proven experience with business planning, reporting software – Expert level in Excel

· Strong written and presentation development skills for Executive Communication

· Strong prioritization skills, driving multiple initiatives simultaneously

· Ability to operate and adapt successfully in a lean, fast-paced environment

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or similar

· Desirable: Management Consulting experience

Hybrid working
