Insurance touches people during some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Hi Marley is on a mission to transform how the P&C industry communicates, making those moments faster, easier, and more empathetic for carriers and the customers they serve. We build AI-powered software that keeps everyone in the claims conversation informed and connected. If you believe insurance can combine operational excellence and automation with a human touch, we’d love to meet you.

As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to join our Customer Delivery and Deployment Team as a Sr. Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, scalable integration experiences for our customers and partners. This individual contributor role owns customer integration execution from onboarding through ongoing optimization.

You will operate with autonomy, lead customer-facing integration conversations, and serve as a consultative technical partner and help establish best practices for the team. Working closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, you will drive successful integration outcomes while proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and customer value. Teamwork and shared enthusiasm are a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for 3 days each week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and lead Tier 1 customer integrations, ensuring reliable implementation and long-term integration health.
  • Engage directly with customer IT teams to architect, configure, test, and troubleshoot complex, multi-system REST API, webhook, SSO, and SFTP integrations, designing new approaches when established patterns don’t fit.
  • Lead customer-facing technical conversations across phone, video, email, and in-person meetings, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences, including pushing back on unworkable designs and setting clear expectations through escalations.
  • Serve as a technical guide for the team, offering design feedback and troubleshooting support.
  • Build consultative relationships with customers, anticipating needs and recommending integration optimizations based on desired workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Engineering to triage and resolve integration issues, recognizing patterns across integrations, recommending improvement, and advocating for customer needs when appropriate.
  • Maintain and improve integration documentation, playbooks, and reusable patterns, recommending changes that make Tier 1 delivery more repeatable.
  • Participate in QA testing of new integration features to understand functionality and downstream impacts.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI and automation trends, and identify opportunities to improve integration workflows and customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of related experience, including 4+ years owning enterprise customer integrations end to end in SaaS implementation, API integration, or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), webhooks, and integration troubleshooting tools (e.g., DataDog).
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical conversations independently, including difficult conversations and escalations.
  • Experience guiding or mentoring less-experienced teammates on technical work.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Clear, confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience in insurance or P&C technology ecosystem preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools and automation technologies a plus.
