Responsible for Globus Medical Global Indirect tax compliance
Preparing and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual VAT/GST returns, Intrastat reports and EU Sales Listings.
Secure timely VAT/GST payments and follow up on refunds. Clear tracking of the balances and communicating with all related teams with internal and external parties.
Performing VAT/GST accounts reconciliations and analysis.
Support indirect tax audits and communicate with local tax authorities.
Verify that purchase and sales invoices are compliant from VAT/GST perspective. Being a contact point with external customers, suppliers and internal organization.
Addressing system issues related to ERP and help resolving them in cooperation with IT.
· Configuration and maintenance of ERP system;

· Identify, document, and recommend business requirements for implementing VAT/GST tax compliance processes and system improvements
· Work with internal IT, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, and supply chain for all VAT related adhoc matters.
