Your Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market teams as we continue to grow and expand in our European markets. Your role is to bridge business strategy and talent initiatives, ensuring that our people decisions align with our Employee Experience and drive business performance at Mollie. Whether you are designing a new HR initiative, coaching a leader to support their team, or providing insights into the latest quarterly People domain metrics, the core of your role is to maximise outcomes for our Mollies to drive business success.

We’re seeking a strategic partner who can influence, build trust, and drive execution. Are you looking for an opportunity to have a meaningful impact? Then read on.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide strong thought partnerships and coaching to our senior leaders, understanding their needs and translating them into a People Roadmap—with a key emphasis on the overall employee experience, taking into account country-specific needs given the diverse geographical spread of our Commercial senior leaders.

  • Act as a talent expert by shaping our performance philosophy, leading talent planning processes, and equipping leaders with insights to make informed decisions.

  • Utilise strong organisational development expertise to embed our newly designed operating model.

  • Serve as the key link between the business and the broader People team, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across COEs (Operations, Reward, Learning, and Places).

  • Dive into data, surfacing insights to our business leaders so they can make better-informed people decisions. Identify any HR issues or trends and work with the right people to find a solution.

What you'll bring:

  • A strong understanding of the tech industry, specifically working with go-to-market teams, and experience navigating the challenges of scaling in an international environment.

  • Business acumen & autonomy – you should have the ability to connect HR strategies to business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives directly contribute to company's growth and success.

  • Strong judgment and decision-making – you will have the ability to build credible relationships quickly through excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Communication skills – you'll be responsible for conveying HR policies and initiatives across the organisation, so the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise way - both in written content and during training and jam session - is essential.

  • Project management skills – HR is always working on multiple initiatives, so the ability to juggle projects and keep them on track is crucial.

  • Proactive mindset – You identify opportunities for improvement, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward with confidence.
