The Opportunity:Zone & Co is looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager or Director to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Treasury & Payments product line. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work with a fast-growing, global team that’s transforming how businesses handle cash management, liquidity optimization, and payments—both inbound and outbound—directly within the NetSuite ecosystem.
In this high-impact role, you’ll shape the future of our Treasury & Payments offerings, turning complex financial processes into intuitive, scalable solutions. We’re looking for someone who understands the intricacies of corporate treasury, payment rails, and financial technology, and who thrives on solving big problems with elegant, user-centric design.
Responsibilities:
Define Vision & Strategy: Shape the product vision and strategy for Treasury & Payments in alignment with company goals and market needs.
Customer & Market Insight: Conduct research and discovery to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitive gaps (e.g., Kyriba, Stripe, Adyen, Bill.com).
Roadmap Ownership: Lead the product roadmap with clear goals, priorities, and deliverables, turning strategy into actionable requirements and user stories.
Drive Development: Partner with engineering, design, and QA to guide agile development, make trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with GTM teams to develop messaging, enablement tools, and launch plans that boost adoption and customer success.
Payments Innovation: Lead advancements in AP/AR automation, cross-border payments, RTP, virtual cards, and payment orchestration.
Treasury Capabilities: Expand functionality around cash visibility, liquidity, in-house banking, and risk management tailored to NetSuite users.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the Treasury & Payments expert, sharing plans, progress, and insights with leadership and key partners.
Director-Level Additions:
Mentor and lead product managers; build a high-performance team.
Align cross-functional teams on complex, multi-product initiatives.
Represent Zone&Co at industry events and customer advisory boards.
Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years (PM) / 15+ years (Director) in Product Management within FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services, focused on Payments, Treasury, or Cash Management.
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of ACH, Wires, RTP, payment gateways, B2B workflows (AP/AR), international payments, corporate banking, forecasting, and liquidity.
ERP Knowledge: Solid grasp of ERP systems and financial processes; NetSuite experience (user, consultant, or product manager) is a major plus.
Technical Skills: Comfortable discussing APIs and system architecture; understand how to build scalable, secure financial software.
Strategic Thinking: Skilled at analyzing markets, competitors, and customer needs to define product strategy and priorities.
Communication: Clear, concise communicator across technical, business, and executive audiences.
Execution: Proven ability to deliver complex software products from concept to launch with measurable success.
Agile Methodology: Experienced working in agile teams.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or CTP certification is a plus.
