Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies in the US & UK to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Multiverse apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage and focus on building critical AI, data, and tech skills. Multiverse learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, Multiverse announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes the company the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees globally, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output. Join Multiverse and power our mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We are looking for an exceptional Global Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy for both sides of our marketplace (attracting apprentices and matching them to incredible opportunities with companies).

The Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Product Marketer who is excited by the opportunity to grow and develop a high-performing global team. You’ll be responsible for differentiating and driving growth across our portfolio as we continue to explore new skills pathways for underrepresented talent.

As the leader of this function, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our market positioning, partnering closely with our sales and product leadership to deliver a world-class experience for our clients and apprentices.

Specifically, you will

  • Lead a team of product marketers who own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for each of our learning products

  • Partner with product leadership to help shape our overarching product strategy with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends

  • Partner with sales and customer success leadership to ensure teams are equipped with effective enablement materials to effectively position our products to the right buyers

  • Develop new tools and capabilities that allow Product Marketing team to scale impact

  • Partner with B2B/B2C leadership to drive effective marketing campaigns and build content strategies that drive awareness and adoption of our products

  • Establish frameworks for key product marketing initiatives (i.e. product launches, pricing, buyer personas, product onboarding)

  • Oversee our market intelligence and voice-of-customer programs across all regions, including competitor mapping and win/loss reporting

  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, playing a key role in the growth of our business

  • Work closely with GTM teams to report back performance (pipeline and revenue) of new programs and product offerings with Learning and Product leadership

  • Establish positioning and voice for new product and program releases in new markets

About you

  • 2+ years managing direct reports

  • 8+ years of strategy, product, or marketing experience

  • You are a talent developer and attractor focused on continually developing and leveling up yourself and team

  • You are a innovator and experimenter looking for new trends and technology to scale the impact and abilities of your team

  • You are comfortable with and motivated by high-expectations stakeholders; you are able to earn trust and retain it through difficult situations

  • You are passionate about unlocking economic opportunity for all

  • You are a proactive, effective communicator and are excited about working in a diverse, distributed team

  • You have a positive-sum mentality - you’re equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the bigger picture

  • You have high internal expectations for what is possible and the ability to bring others along on that journey
