ALSO is looking for a Sr. Digital Product Designer, Emerging Markets to put users at the center of designing a connected, in-vehicle experience for our emerging markets connected vehicles. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on UX/UI craft, shaping end-to-end digital experiences while building the systems and frameworks that scale our design practice. You'll navigate ambiguity, influence product direction, and collaborate across disciplines to make the unfamiliar feel intuitive.

What You'll Do

  • Help drive the end-to-end digital experience from early concept through implementation, ensuring a well-crafted and beautiful outcome.

  • Tackle ambiguous,complex UX problems from definition through resolution.

  • Design, prototype, and test experiences that make complex flows feel simple and clear.

  • Bring a strong UI and visual sensibility to our on-vehicle display, creating pixel perfect designs ready for engineering handoff.

  • Share work regularly in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Design, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Content teams to deliver thoughtful experiences that balance user needs with strategic business goals.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience crafting impactful digital products, with demonstrated ownership of complex, consumer-facing experiences.

  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking, polished UI craft, and the ability to make complex systems feel simple—showing how you think, not just what you shipped.

  • Hands-on fluency in Figma, including experience using component libraries to craft pixel perfect designs.

  • Strong track record of building trusted partnerships across design, product, and engineering.

  • Demonstrated ability to use both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product success and inform design decisions.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills—you can articulate design rationale to engineers, executives, and everyone in between.

  • Experience bridging digital and physical product experiences, ideally with connected hardware or in-vehicle experiences where software and real-world interactions intersect.
