Systems & SAP Integration

  • Maintain the integrity of the data flow between the Ecommerce storefront, SAP, and 3PL systems.

  • Troubleshoot order errors, sync issues, and EDI discrepancies within SAP.

  • Ensure all product metadata related to logistics (weights, dimensions, HS codes), is accurately maintained in the system.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure inventory levels align with marketing forecasts and promotional calendars.

  • Manage the procurement of ecommerce-specific packaging materials and dunnage.

  • Review and process Statements of Work (SOW) and other internal procurement platforms.

Inventory & Operations

  • Perform regular inventory reconciliations between SAP and 3PL warehouse management systems.

  • Analyze stock turn levels and alert the Ecommerce Manager of potential out-of-stock risk or overstock situations.

  • Support the SCM team in refining allocation logic to better reflect ecommerce priorities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in SCM, Logistics, or Ecommerce Operations

  • Proficiency in SAP (highly preferred) and experience with procurement platforms

  • Strong understanding of 3PL environments, specifically regarding ShipNetwork or similar ecommerce fulfillment providers.

  • Advanced Excel skills for data reconciliation and inventory forecasting.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally between internal SCM teams and external digital marketing partners.
