Pendo is looking for a proactive Senior Demand Generation Manager for our London-based marketing team to support the European market. This is an individual contributor role, crucial for driving business growth by generating qualified leads and optimizing demand generation processes. This key role will develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies while also supporting and empowering our BDR team to maximize lead conversion. This position reports directly to the Regional VP of Marketing and has a dotted line to the Senior Director Demand Generation in San Francisco, US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement demand generation strategies tailored to the EMEA market, in alignment with global initiatives. This includes creating comprehensive multi-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition and nurturing - utilizing bottom-up pipeline planning to set and achieve lead generation targets
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and events. Focus on driving high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the global demand generation team, customer marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, sales and field marketing team to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and targeting. Leverage existing assets and strategies while innovating to meet regional needs.
  • Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness, ensuring that external partnerships align with overall strategy and goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them for better results. Provide regular reporting to the Regional VP of Marketing and the HQ team.
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up of leads.
  • BDR Enablement:  Support the success of the Business Development Representative (BDR) team by delivering a consistent flow of qualified leads and implementing targeted campaigns. Ensure leads are effectively nurtured to enhance the BDR team's efficiency in converting prospects.
  • Generative AI Integration: Stay abreast of advancements in generative AI technologies and explore opportunities to incorporate these tools into marketing automation and innovation efforts. Utilize AI to streamline processes, personalize campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a US-based team
  • Experience with building out multi channel programs and processes
  • Experience working in partnership with enterprise sales leaders
  • Understanding of demand and pipeline generation best practices, new trends, and technology
  • Data-driven - You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense a big plus)
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in London is £65,000 - £85,000.

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
