What we do:
The Trade Desk’s Global Deal Desk team plays a crucial role in supporting our sales teams by structuring and pricing deals to ensure they align with our internal policies and strategic goals. We are seeking a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to support our recently established EMEA Deal Desk function, based out of our London office. While focused on the EMEA region you will be part of a global team, with the opportunity to be involved in aspects of the global function. There will be a focus  on offering guidance to consistently drive deal execution, managing risk while complying with company policy and procedures, and with the added benefit of shaping future growth. The successful candidate will be the first dedicated full-time resource supporting the EMEA region Deal Desk function, reporting directly into the Assistant Controller who leads this function.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for managing the deal lifecycle, from initial structuring to post-
    execution support.
  • Partner with the EMEA region Sales team to structure and gain internal 
    approval of deals, with a focus on ensuring that deals are in line with
    organizational strategy.
  • Partner and collaborate with other internal stakeholders including the Legal, 
    Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting and FP&A teams, while ensuring
    compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for generating margin calculators to assess the financial strength 
    of deals.
  • Assist the EMEA region Sales team with concession requests and regional 
    initiatives.
  • Review draft agreements for consistency with the internal approved deal.
    Perform post execution support of deals such as acting as support to resolve
    issues between the Sales team and Revenue Accounting / Order Management
    teams.

Who you are:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar
  • Experience in structuring and pricing deals is advantageous,
  • Intermediate excel,
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
