What you’ll do:

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with large customers & agencies
  • Lead across many internal functions to create partner strategy that drive meaningful business results
  • Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner ROI goals & objectives
  • Be an internal advocate for partners by working with relevant  teams to respond to partner needs and feedback

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising sales or marketing/brand building or CPG planning
  • Strong understanding of how media work and what drives media decisions
  • Strong knowledge of media, and advertising KPIs and language
  • Strong knowledge and network in CPG industry 
  • Demonstrated experience of commercial acumen & analytical mindset
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our London office.
