Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior BDR based in England to drive early‑stage pipeline creation and engagement for our cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) services. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, qualifying enterprise opportunities, and developing high‑quality leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate has direct experience selling cybersecurity or managed security services and is confident navigating technical conversations with IT, security, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage target accounts across the UK and EMEA, focusing on organizations with complex security and IAM needs.
- Lead Qualification: Run high-quality discovery to understand prospect challenges, assess fit, and qualify opportunities for the Sales Director team.
- Pipeline Generation: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute outbound campaigns, events follow-up, and targeted outreach that drives net‑new pipeline.
- Security-Focused Messaging: Confidently articulate value around IAM, cybersecurity services, zero trust principles, and managed services offerings.
- Account Intelligence: Track buying personas, technology stacks, pain points, and trigger events within target accounts.
- Metrics & Reporting: Maintain CRM discipline, deliver accurate activity reporting, and consistently meet monthly pipeline-generation targets.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing on messaging, sequencing, and content while aligning with Sales on account strategy and handoff quality.
- 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in enterprise B2B technology.
- Must have experience selling cybersecurity or managed security services (IAM experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of security buyer personas (CISO, Security Engineering, IT Ops).
- Proven success building pipeline through outbound prospecting and multi‑channel outreach.
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable leading discovery calls and early-stage value conversations.
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar.
