MISSION:
Ensure Eliquis strategy, forecasting & brand plan orchestration towards commercial excellence peri & post LoE with focus on NOAC market evolution with branded & Gx dynamics.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategically and cross-functionally aligned customer focused brand plans, programs and initiatives for the local market, in partnership with field and supporting functions
  • Accountable for strategic planning and business cases & evaluation, spending and controlling assigned budget, develop forecasts, develop a tailored brand communicational strategy so as customer value propositions and solutions
  • Work closely with international brand teams to deliver on market responsibilities, including input to strategy, content & initiatives on top of strategic evaluation and performance measurement
  • Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws & regulations


BASIC QUALIFICATION:

  • University Degree (scientific or economic)
  • 7+ year experience in marketing
  • Extensive experience in managing high caliber brands at mature and launch stages
  • Experience in cardio-metabolic therapeutic area is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to help set team priorities and strategies
  • Agile mindset
  • Leadership without authority
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills
  • Flair for action & performance management, KPI setting and monitoring
  • Fluency in Business English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of computer skills

We offer a fixed term contract until January 31, 2026
The position is Located in Rome, this means being in the Rome offices (Labaro) 2/3 days per week
