DoubleVerify is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Activation Manager - Programmatic to join our growing Scibids team in North America. 

In this role, you will play a critical role in scaling our Scibids Activation function, designed to unlock significant partner growth by accelerating Scibids adoption.

The Activation function sits at the intersection of sales and account management, ensuring a smooth transition for partners from initial contact to successful campaign execution. By focusing on empowering partners to achieve their goals, such as improved campaign performance and generating operational efficiencies, this function directly drives increased Scibids adoption and unlocks new revenue streams.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales to add tactical insight in client discovery meetings, crafting solutions to address campaign optimization, automation, and performance challenges.
  • Act as a technical resource in the pitch process, proactively identifying roadblocks and ensuring smooth Proof-of-Concept (POC) execution.
  • Spearhead internal & external enablement processes to foster best practices through  education & implementation 
  • Ensure successful partner onboarding, briefing Account Managers and assisting with initial Scibids integration.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze campaign performance data, and collaborate on strategic reporting and data visualization.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to ensure Scibids remains a valuable solution and continuously refine pre-launch strategies.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role within the advertising technology or marketing industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic client onboarding programs
  • Strong understanding of programmatic & social advertising concepts and campaign optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $77,000 to $145,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
