We are growing our team across Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK), and Bucharest (RO) and are looking for talented professionals to join us! We embrace a hybrid work model, with an expectation for You to attend the office at least twice a week to connect, innovate, and grow together while also having the flexibility to work remotely.


Long story short, you will

As a Sportsbook Product Owner you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of our Sportsbook product portfolio. In this role, you’ll focus on maximising value, driving profitability, and ensuring our offering remains competitive in the market. You’ll play a key role in connecting business goals with technology delivery—ensuring that our Sportsbook solutions are tailored to market needs, and aligned with our overall strategic objectives.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product lines and strategic priorities.

  • Own and prioritise the Sportsbook product backlog and roadmap, ensuring a clear connection between business goals and product delivery.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to set priorities, allocate resources, and drive efficient workflows.

  • Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies to support timely, high-quality feature delivery in an Agile environment.

  • Partner with Commercial Intelligence to analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and providers to align roadmaps, prioritise integrations, and maximise product value.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards by collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

  • Leverage data from BI, Finance, and Tech teams to drive informed, customer-focused product decisions.

  • Stay current with market trends and tailor products to meet the needs of diverse and evolving target markets.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise :
  • At least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry in a Sportsbook role

  • In-depth understanding of Sportsbook products and platforms

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional development teams

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating across various business units

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • In-depth understanding of trends in the igaming industry
