Inspire movement. Elevate athletes. Shape the future of Training in one of the world’s most influential sport cities. Are you ready to help redefine what Training means in London and across the UK & Ireland?

As Specialist II, Brand Marketing – Training, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing Nike’s Training vision to life on the ground — connecting with the communities, creators, athletes*, and cultural leaders who are shaping the future of movement.

Based in London, you’ll join the UK & Ireland Brand Marketing team — a collective where sport, culture, and community collide — reporting directly to the Manager, Brand Marketing Training. Your mission: help build the most connected, culturally relevant, athlete‑obsessed Training ecosystem in the city. You’ll support the creation of stories, activations, and relationships that inspire people to move, train, and unlock their potential. You’ll take global direction and translate it into meaningful local experiences that resonate with the next generation.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes the London Training scene — someone who knows the communities, feels the culture, and sees the opportunity to elevate Training into something bigger than a workout.

What You’ll Work On

  • As Specialist II, you’ll help elevate Nike Training across London and the UK & Ireland by:

  • Bringing the Training vision to life through the people, places, and communities that matter most — identifying partners who embody Nike’s values and can elevate our stories authentically.

  • Supporting the execution of key Concept Map moments, ensuring global and EMEA direction lands powerfully on the ground through pinnacle activations, community experiences, and partner-led executions.

  • Fuelling Nike with sharp consumer insight, gathering structured, continuous learnings from athletes* and communities to help shape future strategy across EMEA and Global.

  • Championing the athlete on the ground*, ensuring every Training moment — from retail to community to cultural touchpoints — feels connected, relevant, and distinctly Nike.

  • Staying agile, stepping into broader London or EMEA priorities when needed to ensure we always deliver at a pinnacle level.

  • This is a hands-on, city-connected role where curiosity, hustle, and cultural awareness matter as much as marketing craft.

 Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate fluidly across the London UK & Ireland Marketing team, partnering with Sports Marketing, Consumer Insights, retail and wholesale partners as well as key cross-functional partners who help bring Training to life across the marketplace such as Nike partner gyms, communities, competitions and stakeholders. You’ll also stay closely connected to the EMEA Brand training team, working with regional partners — and at times Global — to ensure London’s voice and insights shape the future of Training at scale.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a passionate, culturally tuned-in brand marketeer with a love for Training and a deep understanding of the London athlete*. You’re energised by community, driven by insight, and excited by the opportunity to help reimagine the future of movement.

You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to elevate the work. Above all, you lead with a growth mindset — ready to learn, ready to contribute, and ready to inspire.

What You Bring

  • Proven corporate marketing experience, ideally with time spent in London’s Training landscape

  • Prior marketing experience and a strong understanding of the London training consumer.

  • A genuine passion for the Training community and culture

  • A proven ability to translate consumer insights into meaningful brand activations

  • A willingness to adapt, evolve, and stay close to the athlete* to deepen connection and impact
