As a Coordinator of HR Operations, you will:- Execute and maintain employee data and HR transactions in Workday with a high level of accuracy.
- Support HR Shared Services by managing a variety of operational requests from employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Act as a system-savvy resource, understanding how HR processes interconnect and impact one another.
- Perform system updates and administrative changes within Workday (e.g., data updates, minor content adjustments).
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of HR data across processes and systems.
- Contribute to the centralization and continuous improvement of HR administrative operations.
- 3+ years of experience working in an HR operations or HR Shared Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday.
- Strong attention to detail and rigor in data management.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HR process dependencies (e.g., compensation cycles, reporting structures, employee changes).
- Ability to troubleshoot system or process issues and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong sense of ownership and service-oriented mindset.
- Interest in becoming a subject matter expert on HR systems and operations.
