We are seeking a highly professional Specialist, Executive Assistant II to join our Operations team, based in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and organise domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Oversee timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense reports.
- Prioritise and manage competing requests, adapting efficiently as organisational needs evolve.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Prepare high‑quality agendas, minutes, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Triage sensitive or complex matters and ensure appropriate and timely follow‑up.
- Support cross‑functional administrative projects and collaborate closely with other administrative professionals.
- This position will provide comprehensive administrative support to a Global Head and their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisation, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This role is well suited to individuals who excel at managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Demonstrated excellence in organisational and time‑management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
- Confidence in engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and standard administrative tools.
- A discreet, proactive, and solutions‑oriented approach to all tasks and interactions.
