About the Role

Level - 4

Department- Procurement

Location - Southampton/ London

Contract - 6 Month FTC

The Sourcing Manager will lead procurement activity across marketing and print services, including media buying, creative agencies, and print fulfilment.

Approximately 80% of the role will focus on sourcing management (supplier onboarding, contract negotiation, renewals, monitoring, compliance etc), and 20% on category management (stakeholder engagement, spend analysis, improvement opportunities and strategic input). 

The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement support is maintained.

  • Act as the procurement point of contact for the Marketing function, supporting and providing commercial advice to campaign planning and supplier engagements.

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across marketing and print services, including media buying, creative agencies, print fulfilment, and promotional materials.

  • Manage all related supplier requisitions, onboarding, contract negotiation, and renewals in line with internal procurement policies and third party management frameworks.

  • Execute competitive tenders, RFPs, and direct negotiations to ensure value for money and service quality.

  • In conjunction with third party risk teams, maintain oversight of supplier performance, SLAs, and risk assessments, escalating issues where necessary.

  • Provide more proactive support for suppliers with heightened risk profiles, including QBRs and support for due diligence and assurance activities.

  • Ensure all procurement activity complies with Coupa workflows, delegated authority limits, and third-party risk controls.

  • Contribute to category strategy development, including supplier consolidation and spend analysis and opportunity pipelines.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Finance and others) to align procurement activity with business priorities.

  • Support reporting and governance requirements, including updates to procurement leadership and contribution to team planning.

About You

  • Proven experience in sourcing or procurement roles in financial services

  • Expertise in marketing or professional services categories, and familiarity with other indirect procurement categories such as those relating to corporate functions

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Comfortable working in a dynamics, fast-paced, stakeholder-facing environment

  • Knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems preferred

  • Collaborative, delivery minded and results oriented
