Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives impactful financial results for Visa’s clients, including financial services and merchants. Leveraging expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, marketing, and macroeconomics, VCA solves strategic problems for clients.


VCA Managed Services (VMS) supports the execution and implementation of recommendations to scale competitive advantage in the digital age.


What it's all about:

As the Solutions & System Integration Lead for VMS, and as a part of the Go-To-Market function, you will spearhead a critical managed services pillar centred on Technology Strategy, Implementation, and System Integration. This role is pivotal in accelerating growth through innovative solution development while considering technical aspects. You will guide clients in evaluating their current technical architecture, envisioning future states, and crafting comprehensive roadmaps for sustained success. By developing pathways to guide and streamline system integration initiatives for teams across Europe, you will ensure seamless operations and enhanced functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technology Strategy, Implementation, and System Integration efforts.

  • Enable clients to assess their technical architecture and develop future state visions.

  • Streamline go-to-market strategies from a technical product perspective.

  • Articulate value propositions to clients and customize offerings based on feedback.

  • Work with delivery teams across Europe, focusing on transformational projects and programs in their respective planning, scoping, and governance dimensions.

  • Identify common client needs and develop offerings leveraging Visa’s capabilities and third-party partners.

  • Collaborate with diverse internal and external partners to develop, sell, and deliver solutions.


This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with payment gateways, APIs, and integration processes.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of networking protocols and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS compliance).
