We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Jira Service Management (JSM) sales efforts across the EMEA region. This role will report to the Head of JSM Solutions Sales EMEA, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and leading a team of high-performing solution sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITSM/ESM sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

In this role, you'll get to:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Solution Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets for Jira Service Management across the EMEA region.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management across Atlassians largest accounts.
- Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the territory, including funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
- Customer and Partner Engagement:
- Work closely with local SI partners and other Atlassian teams to respond to RFPs/RFIs and drive co-sell and GTM campaigns.
- Represent Jira Service Management at industry events and conferences.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic sales (w/ at least 4 years of team leading experience) with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in technology vendors.
- Extensive experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions.
- Proven experience working with EMEA customers and local SI partners.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive co-sell and GTM campaigns.
- Fluent English language skills are required.
- Certified in ITIL is a plus but not mandatory.
